At Scent Suave, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that buying fragrances online can be tricky, which is why we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy for all our sample-sized decants.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns on sample products under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused (we inspect all returned vials).

  • Packaging may be opened, but the sample must not be sprayed or tampered with.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, email us at 📧 support@scentsuave.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos of the item(s).

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a return shipping label. All returned items are inspected before a refund is issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once returned items are received and verified as unused, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damage).

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once tracking is assigned, we are no longer able to cancel the order.

To request cancellation, email us immediately at support@scentsuave.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Used or partially used sample vials

  • Vials with broken tamper-proof seals (if applicable)

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Items without prior return approval
